╠══════════════════════════▓▒░ RELEASE NOTES ░▒▓═══════════════════════════╣
║ ║
║ v1 was a bit of a hacked together mess. It works, but is basically a ║
║ USB webcam and bluetac. This is the PROPER attempt where I have bought ║
║ parts that fit together a little nicer. ║
║ ║
║ ■ a Banana Pi M4 Zero ║
║ ║
║ ■ an Arducam IMX378 camera ║
║ ║
║ ■ a PCM5102 I2S DAC into a PAM8403 amp and a 3W speaker ║
║ ║
║ ■ a nice rigid, hardy GPIO button, with a 3d printed enclosure, to ║
║ make the button a tad more suitable for the usecase ║
║ ║
║ ■ an IR LED ring ║
║ ║
║ The software is Node and TypeScript now. The camera keeps a four ║
║ second rolling buffer to ensure clips still start before the button ║
║ press. There's an option to send audio remotely to the speakers... ║
║ because I really can't stop myself from overengineering every project. ║
║ It does everything important with webhooks and mDNS on the local while ║
║ chatting to a backend on the cluster when needed. ║
║ ║
╠══════════════════════════▓▒░ INSTALL NOTES ░▒▓═══════════════════════════╣
║ ║
║ 1. Flash the image to a microSD card and boot the board. ║
║ ║
║ 2. Wire the button to a GPIO pin, the DAC to the I2S pins, the amp to ║
║ the DAC and the speaker to the amp. ║
║ ║
║ 3. Print the housing and the button enclosure. ║
║ ║
║ 4. Pair it with the backend, or keep it local, it'll work either way. ║
║ ║
